Dr. Lu Xiaofeng Anthony is currently the Director of the China Resources Research Institute of Science and Technology and also the General Manager of China Resources Enterprise Aquatic Products Platform under the China Resource Group.  Dr. Lu received his Ph.D. in Power Electronics Engineering from the University of Manchester, UK.  Among all his public services, Dr. Lu has been officially appointed as a member of the seventh-term District Councils (2024-27) by the Government. He also serves as a member of the Central Committee of the New People’s Party; a member of the Election Committee (Hotel Sector); a member of the Sichuan Committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference; and a co-opted member of the Advisory Committee on the Northern Metropolis Sub-committee on Planning, Land and Conservation.
