Walter has worked in the areas of technical and scientific research in Silicon Valley since 1982. He has held senior technical and managerial positions in major corporations including Senior Scientist at Lockheed and Rockwell, Director of R & D at Humphrey-Zeiss, Founder and Director of a laser angioplasty company and served as V.P. of R & D, and Executive V.P. More recently, he has participated in technological and scientific research as a User at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC). He believes that education is the key to continuous growth and prosperity and is teaching entrepreneurship at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is dedicated to creating jobs by building technology business in Hong Kong through concerted effort between finance, science, industry, law and education. His dream job is working on large-scale industrial, technology and economic developments.
