Having completed his education in Hong Kong and the U.S., Mr. Lam has been actively involved in the construction industry as well as in community service. Among these services, he is presently the Vice President of the Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA) of Hong Kong, the Supervisor of the YMCA of Hong Kong Christian College and the Supervisor of Sheng Kung Hui (SKH) Tsoi Kung Po Secondary School, Registered School Manager and the Past Supervisor of Lingnan Dr. Chung Wing Kwong Memorial Secondary School, Member and Honorary Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Lingnan (University) College of the Sun Yat-Sen University; Founding Member of the Construction Industry Institute, Hong Kong; Executive Committee Member of SKH Lady Maclehose Centre and Executive Committee Member of Anglican (Hong Kong) Secondary Schools Council.
