Launched on September 8, 2006, the Friends of Savantas Scheme offers members of the public a convenient way to establish a close link with the organization. It allows Savantas' supporters to stay on top of Savantas' latest developments, interact face-to-face with Mrs. Regina Ip and other Savantas Governors, and take part in Savantas' public activities at a discounted price.
Who can become a Friend of Savantas?
Any Savantas supporter can register to become a Friend. There are no restrictions with regard to age, sex, nationality, education level, occupation, and political affiliation.
What are the benefits of being a Friend?

- Friends receive a 10% discount on the admission fees of all public activities organized by Savantas;
- Friends enjoy the privilege of composing opinion pieces or articles for Savantas' newsletters; and
- Friends will be invited to participate in the quarterly FOSS get-togethers, where they can mingle with Mrs. Regina Ip, Chairperson of Savantas' Board of Governors, meet our Governors and staff members, and exchange their ideas on Hong Kong's social affairs.
