Mr Kwok has been working in the semiconductor industry since 1979, with extensive trend-setting and start-up experiences covering business developments, cutting-edge technology developments and applications, IP developments and licensing, operations, as well as product developments and product engineering. As a trailblazer, Mr. Kwok has been leading the major paradigm shifts in semiconductor business: from NMOS to CMOS, IDM to fabless design house and outsourcing, IP creation and sourcing, as well as standardization efforts and market developments for emerging applications.
